LONDON. − Mohamed Salah is a prime target for many Saudi Pro League clubs this summer, according to reports.
Meanwhile, Arsenal are reportedly exploring a deal to sign Julian Alvarez from Atletico Madrid in the summer.
Slot on Robertson
Arne Slot provided an update on Andy Robertson’s future at Liverpool amid links to Tottenham.
Speaking after the 3-2 defeat to Bournemouth, the Reds boss said: “I need all my players. I always knew that another 90 minutes for Milos Kerkez against an intense Bournemouth side was not a possibility so I already knew I had to bring Robertson in.
“But I had already made one substitution, so you only have two windows left so I brought him on at half time to make sure Kerkez stays available for the rest of the season.
“I have to manage that. The last thing we need is another injury.”
Forest interested in Mateta
Nottingham Forest are reportedly showing interest in Crystal Palace forward Jean-Philippe Mateta.
The French striker revealed earlier this month that he would be open to a move away from Selhurst Park this winter.
Juventus and Aston Villa were also keen on Mateta but have since signed other forwards.
A greal blow
Jack Grealish has broken his foot and the hearts of Everton fans after David Moyes confirmed he has been ruled out indefinitely.
It was reported earlier this week that Grealish, 30, was set for a lengthy spell on the sidelines, after suffering a stress fracture and Moyes, 62, was unable to give any better news.
Speaking ahead of Monday night’s clash with Leeds at home, the Everton boss admitted that Grealish’s return date is not known – but it will be a while.
The chosen Nwan
Arsenal loanee Ethan Nwaneri just needed 13 minutes to open his Ligue 1 account for Marseille.
Nwaneri, 18, signed for the French side until the end of the season earlier this week.
And inside 13 minutes, the teenage sensation picked up the ball and went on a mazy run before firing past the Lens keeper. − The Sun
