A woman was found dead under suspicious circumstances early Monday morning in Nkulumane 10, near a newly established shopping complex.
The identity of the woman has not yet been confirmed.
She was discovered lifeless and naked, attracting numerous residents who gathered at the scene despite the heavy rain.
According to eyewitnesses, the dreadlocked woman was wearing a branded overall that had been pulled down to knee level, and she was found without undergarments. Reports also indicate that she was bleeding from the nose.
Some residents claimed that the woman may have been a resident of a nearby suburb, Nketa 9.
Authorities have yet to release an official statement, and investigations are ongoing.
