XMAS Fiesta will take centre stage on Christmas Day at the Aquatic Complex in Chitungwiza.

The annual event, organised under the ChiTown Presents banner, has assembled a line-up of crowd favourites and rising stars.

This year’s edition brings together a vibrant mix of dancehall, hip-hop and urban grooves, reflecting the diversity of Zimbabwe’s contemporary music scene.

Headliners include Bagga, Hwiza, Nisha TS, Bling 4 and Natasha Muz.

Also billed to perform are Runna Rulez, Dadza D, Uncle Epatan, Young Gemini and Ndunge Yut.

A strong DJ line-up, featuring DJ Smash, DJ Ray, DJ Tashmani, DJ Ruvinki and Mashasha, will keep the party going between live performances.

Bagga said the XMAS Fiesta has become one of the most important dates on Chitungwiza’s entertainment calendar.

“Christmas is about people coming together, and music plays a big role in that,” said Bagga.

“Performing at home, for my people, on Christmas Day is always special.

“Fans should expect energy and real dancehall vibes,” he said.

Hwiza echoed similar sentiments, describing the show as a gift to fans.

“Chitungwiza raised me, so being part of a big Christmas concert like this is personal.

“We want people to forget their worries, even if it’s just for a few hours, and celebrate life,” he said.

Nisha Ts said she was looking forward to connecting with fans in a festive atmosphere.

“Christmas shows have a different feeling. People come with love and happiness.

“I’m preparing something special because my fans deserve the best,” she said.

For Bling 4, the event is another opportunity to showcase growth and consistency.

“These are the kinds of platforms that help artists reach wider audiences.

“Sharing a stage with so many talented performers pushes you to raise your game,” he noted.

Natasha Muz highlighted the importance of local support in sustaining Zimbabwe’s music industry.

“When fans attend shows like these, they are supporting artists directly.

“It motivates us to keep creating and improving,” she said.

Organisers said the choice of the Aquatic Complex was deliberate, citing its central location and ability to accommodate large crowds.

Beyond the music, the XMAS Fiesta is also expected to boost the local economy with business for vendors and small traders.

Big crowds traditionally translate into brisk activity around the venue.
