WARRIORS striker Prince Dube’s Tanzanian club, Young Africans SC, is rolling out the welcome mat for fans. The team will allow free entry for the general public to their CAF Champions League second leg against Silver Strikers on Saturday at Benjamin Mkapa Stadium.

Only the VIP A and VIP B sections will be reserved for special guests, with all other fans getting in for free. The move comes as Yanga look to overturn a 1-0 first-leg defeat in Malawi and need a packed stadium to inspire a comeback.
Yanga media officer Ally Kamwe said the decision was all about giving the team the best chance to win.

“We have agreed that this match has been removed from entrance to all platforms except VIP A and VIP B platform which has been reserved for special guests and Yanga Black Card members,” Kamwe said.

“This request to keep this match free was very hard to accept since our leaders have so many demands to manage our team. Recognising the importance of this game, we obliged our leadership to accept and prioritise the victory that each of us needs.”

Fans are now being called to fill the stands and cheer Prince Dube and Yanga to glory as the Tanzanian champions hunt for a vital turnaround.
