The Zanu PF Women’s League is holding its National Executive meeting to discuss their work plan for the year 2026.
Some of the issues expected to be tabled include the economic empowerment programmes initiated by President Mnangagwa throughout the year.
They will also assess the progress made and the shortcomings encountered over the course of the year.

The executive members are also expected to play a collective role in condemning gender-based violence and ensuring the restoration of the country’s cultural heritage by ending practices that infringe upon the rights of women and children during the festive season.
The Women’s League is the nerve centre of the party, acting as the mobilisation machinery of the revolutionary movement.
Zanu PF Secretary for the Women’s League, Cde Mabel Chinomona, will preside over the meeting, which will be attended by the league’s national executive members and ten provincial chairwomen.
