The Ignition presenter, Sam Mussa, better known by her stage name MisRed, has been invited to cover The MTV Africa Music Awards this year as a representative of ZiFM Stereo.
The MTV Africa Music Awards is a joyous celebration of contemporary African music and achievements within, taking place at the ICC in Durban.
The Awards will premiere live across the continent exclusively on MTV Base on Saturday 7 June at 20:00 CAT. The show will also air around the world on MTV Networks which is a first for the Southern hemisphere.
The MTV Africa Music Awards aim to celebrate musicians and achievers who have made the most impact on African youth culture, throughout the year.
The likes of 2Face, AKA, Beatenberg, Big Nuz, Burna Boy, Danny K, Davido, Diamond, DJ Buckz, DJ Clock, DJ C’ndo, DJ Ganyani, DJ Kent, Donald, Dr Malinga, Heavy K, Ice Prince, KCEE, Khuli Chana, Mafikizolo, Matthew Mole, May D, Mi Casa, Oskido, P Square, Professor, R2bees Uhuru and Wizkid will be blazing up the stage on the night as well international stars Trey Songz, Miguel and French Montana.
You can look forward to exclusive interviews from nominated and performing artists, as well as back stage interviews with the winners.
During these interviews, MisRed has promised information on what projects the artist are currently working on, and the inside scoop as to when they are planning to visit Zimbabwe and entertain the masses.
