Zimbabwe ‘A’ Back in action after Long layoff

ZIMBABWE Cricket has confirmed that Zimbabwe Cricket will send the Zimbabwe ‘A’ side on a developmental tour to Bangladesh in June, featuring both white-ball and red-ball cricket against Bangladesh A.

The series is aimed at giving Zimbabwe’s emerging players more competitive exposure in overseas conditions across both formats. It also marks the first appearance for Zimbabwe ‘A’ since their match against the Marylebone Cricket Club at Harare Sports Club in October 2025.

Before that, the side featured during Scotland’s tour of Zimbabwe in April 2025, where they played a combination of one-day and multi-day fixtures.

10 June — 2nd unofficial ODI at Shaheed Chandu Stadium

13 June — 3rd unofficial ODI at Rajshahi Divisional Stadium

Four-day matches

17–20 June — 1st four-day match at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium

24–27 June — 2nd four-day match at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium
