ZOZIBINI TUNZI SHARES HEARTFELT MOMENTS FROM HER TRADITIONAL XHOSA WEDDING

MISS SOUTH AFRICA and Miss Universe 2019, Zozibini Tunzi, has officially shared beautiful photos from her traditional wedding, leaving fans in awe.

Taking to social media, Zozibini posted stunning images of herself and her husband, Luthando Bolowana, dressed in traditional Xhosa attire. She captioned the pictures: “Traditional wedding of our dreams — in our village — in the presence of all our people.”

The couple held their traditional ceremony on Saturday, 29 March 2025, in eSidwadweni, Tsolo, in the Eastern Cape. The event was a vibrant celebration of love, culture, and community.

The news of Zozibini’s marriage came as a complete surprise to many. On Sunday, 23 March, she broke the internet by announcing that she was married. There had been no public hints about a relationship or an upcoming wedding, making the reveal even more exciting for her fans.

She first shared photos from her white wedding, which took place on 22 March 2025, with the heartfelt caption: “I love you endlessly… Husband.”

The post quickly went viral, with fans and celebrities flooding her comments with congratulations and well-wishes.

While the wedding was kept a closely guarded secret, it later emerged that several celebrities had attended the private ceremonies to celebrate with the newlyweds.

Now, giving her followers even more to gush over, Zozibini has shared special moments from her traditional wedding day. In the new posts, she revealed touching family moments, showcasing their pride and happiness over her marriage to Luthando.

The traditional ceremony was filled with emotion, as guests shed tears of joy and marvelled at the beautiful Xhosa attire worn by the couple and their families. Heartfelt speeches added even more warmth to the already magical day.

Sharing her deep feelings, Zozibini wrote: “Words cannot describe how full my heart is.

“We both hail from this village.

“Both our grandparents’ houses a road across each other. They are not with us in body anymore but to be where their spirits are is everything to us.
