TWELVE Citizens Coalition for Change candidates who were nullified to contest for the National Assembly seats by the Bulawayo High Court have been cleared by the Supreme Court.
A three panel bench granted the applicants their appeal after they were nullified for filling their nomination papers after the 4pm deadline.
