OVER 200 enterprises are expected to take part in the fourth annual Chitungwiza Business Exchange Expo expected to take place from Thursday to Saturday aimed at empowering Micro, Small, Medium and Manufacturing Enterprises (MSMMEs) by providing a platform for networking, knowledge exchange and business development.

Chitungwiza Publicity Association official Mr Lexie Mrewa said Mr Shriram Sharmar, a technical consultant at Surface Wilmar Oil Production, will be the guest of honour.

“He has made Pure Drop a household brand from nothing despite the business and environmental conditions in Chitungwiza. Surface has now managed to buy Olivine, opened another branch and is now producing two more brands besides Pure Drop.

“Despite being Indian, he has stuck in Chitungwiza and is considered one of us,” he said.

Mr Mrewa said exhibitors at the expo include Nyaradzo, Homelink, Old Mutual Funeral, Zimra, DCIP, Florida Solar, Mkaine Security and Pedanec.
