THOUSANDS of people across the political divide yesterday put their differences aside and thronged the National Sports  Stadium and other centres nationwide to celebrate the 31st anniversary of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces Day.
President Mugabe who is the Head of State and Government and Commander-in-Chief of the Zimbabwe Defence Forces, led the proceedings at the main event in Harare with a keynote address.
