THE judiciary in Zimbabwe, with the facilitation of the Judicial Service Commission, has finalised a code of ethics which will soon be published in the form of a statutory instrument.
Officially opening the 2012 Legal Year at the High Court in Bulawayo on Monday, Judge President (JP) George Chiweshe said apart from spelling out the values and standards of judicial conduct, the code also introduces a more formal complaints procedure in relation to judges and presidents of special courts.
