Zanu-PF Secretary for War Veterans, Detainees and Restrictees Cde Victor Matemadanda has scoffed at proposals by MDC-T leader Nelson Chamisa to engage President Mnangagwa in a televised debate saying the State President has more serious bread and butter issues to attend to instead of juvenile antics.
