Speaking at the official opening of the new facility on Wednesday, Public Service and Social Welfare Minister Professor Paul Mavima said it was “Government’s desire that social protection measures are put in place to mitigate against challenges that are associated with loss of income due to various reasons, which include old age leading to retirement”.
