TWENTY-FIVE Zimbabwean students have received scholarships to study various courses in China.
Speaking at a farewell reception for the students, Chinese Ambassador to Zimbabwe Mr Lin Lin expressed his country’s commitment to opening learning opportunities for Zimbabwean students to study in his country.

“Every year the Chinese government offers educational scholarships to foreigners to study in China and this year we have awarded 25 Zimbabwean students to go to China and study programmes of their choice,” he said.

“The future of Zimbabwe and China lies in the hands of this generation and therefore students awarded with these scholarships should take this opportunity to do their best so that when they come back they can apply the knowledge they have acquired to help develop their country.”
