316 nurses graduate from Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals

A total of 316 registered general nurses, midwives, paediatric, operating theatre, renal, ophthalmic as well as intensive and coronary care nurses graduated from Parirenyatwa Group of Hospitals today.


Officiating at the graduation ceremony, Health and Child Care Minister Dr Douglas Mombeshora said Government envisions an adequate health workforce with wide-ranging skills.

“The Government of Zimbabwe through my ministry has taken major steps towards improving the working environment in the health sector through coming up with policies, frameworks and

guidelines to enhance the recruitment, training and retention of the health workforce,” he said.
