A 50-YEAR-OLD security guard who is HIV positive allegedly sodomised and raped his neighbours’ children aged nine and 10 years.
The security guard would allegedly pay the children 50 cents or $1 to buy their silence.
A court heard that he raped and sodomised the minors between January last year and September this year.
The man allegedly fondled the breasts of one of his victims’ 19-year old sister.
The sister had allegedly caught the accused redhanded abusing the complainants.
The man who is facing charges of rape and indecent assault, was not asked to plead when he appeared before Mr Joseph Mabeza.
He was remanded to Wednesday for trial on $100 bail.The security guard is represented by Mr Tanaka Muganyi from Tanaka and Law Chambers.
Mr Simbarashe Manyiwa is representing the state.
