59-year-old fondles minor

A 59-year-old man has been arraigned to court on allegations of fondling a minor’s breast without her consent. Francis Makurumure denied the allegations of indecent assault when he appeared before Mbare Magistrate Anita Tshuma. Makurumure was remanded out of custody on $50 bail for trial continuation. It is the State’s case that sometime in January, the victim (12) was taking their dishes to the sink when she was followed by Makurumure. It is alleged that Makurumure grabbed the minors’ breasts before fondling them. – Online.
