A Dive into Innovation: Beneath the Surface 2.0 Aims to Empower Youth and Entrepreneurs

A dynamic team of young change makers, focused on transforming youth through personal growth, emotional intelligence, entrepreneurship, and leadership, will host a business seminar featuring storytelling and real conversations at the Harvest House main hall in Bulawayo.

Building on the success of its previous events, the organisation is set to host its third-edition seminar on 15 May 2025, following the second edition held on 2 December 2023.

According to Jayden Sithole, the Visionary Lead and Coordinator, the upcoming event aims to bring together high school students, young adults, creatives, and aspiring entrepreneurs, with an anticipated attendance of over 200 participants. The seminar will focus on the theme “Beyond Business – Growth, Wellness, and Impact,” aligning with the organisation’s mission to redefine success and purpose.

Beneath the Surface 2.0, Sithole explained, aims to host events annually, with periodic workshops, collaborations, and promotional campaigns leading up to each main edition.

Nozinhle E. Gumede, a renowned model, UN Climate Diplomat for Zimbabwe, Sustainable Development Advocate, and Founder and Director of the Mainah Trust, will serve as the Master of Ceremonies for the event.
