This sacred appointment marks a defining moment in the life of the church, ushering in a new era of leadership, vision and continuity.

As it is written, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go” (Joshua 1:9).

We have no doubt that Archbishop Dr  Joseph Joe Guti will embody these words, leading with faith, wisdom and compassion.

We honour the extraordinary legacy of the late founder, Archbishop Professor Ezekiel Guti, whose faith, wisdom and tireless devotion established ZAOGA as a beacon of hope and transformation across Zimbabwe and the world.

Today, we celebrate the seamless transition of leadership to Archbishop Dr Joseph Joe Guti, whose steadfast service as Presiding Bishop has prepared him to carry forward this divine mandate.

As Archbishop, Dr Joseph Joe Guti is entrusted with shepherding the flock, nurturing spiritual growth and advancing the mission of Forward in Faith Ministries to reach souls, transform communities and glorify God.

“I will give you shepherds after my own heart, who will lead you with knowledge and understanding” (Jeremiah 3:15).

We are confident that his humility, wisdom and unwavering commitment to the Gospel will inspire generations and strengthen the church’s foundation for years to come.

This consecration is not only a milestone for ZAOGA but also a testimony of God’s faithfulness. It reminds us that the work of the Lord continues from one faithful servant to another, ensuring that the vision remains alive and fruitful.
