Knives are out for the creators of the Akulaleki music video.
If the makers of the music video thought they had done a great job they soon learnt that they missed a trick — a growing number of fans are not happy that the man who made the song more popular was not featured in the audiovisual.
The fans are demanding a reshoot and want Uncle Roland, the blesser who shot to fame when he shot a selfie 58 second video of himself lip syncing the popular amapiano hit track Akulaleki with light skinned women dancing in the background.
On YouTube, there is puzzlement over the absence of Uncle Roland, with comments ranging from total disrespect for the video creators to disappointment for not featuring the “song ambassador”.
Below are a few comments to the YouTube music video and they leave no doubt that most fans of the song are disappointed that Roland Muchengwa was overlooked.
