FOOTBALL legend Alexander “Cool Ruler” Maseko has heaped praise on Harare giants Dynamos for rolling out the red carpet for him during their league clash against Simba Bhora at Rufaro Stadium on Sunday.
The revered former Highlanders defender, now based in South Africa, took to social media to express his gratitude for the VIP treatment.
“I would like to thank Dynamos officials who gave me a warm welcome when I was in Harare for a few days on family matters. I made one phone call to Mashingaidze, who then contacted Chikomo. In no time, I received a call back confirming their pleasure in inviting me to the game against Simba Bhora.
“Thank you so much for hosting me, and keep up the good work,” Maseko posted on his Facebook timeline.
DeMbare, meanwhile, bagged their first three points of the season with a hard-fought 1-0 win, courtesy of a 54th-minute strike from midfielder Shadreck Nyahwa.
