All is set for the 2026 Strategic Intelligence Forum (SIF), the flagship annual business conference and executive development platform organised by the Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries (CZI), with Zimpapers as the official media partner. The three-day event is scheduled to take place from 7 to 9 October 2026 at the Hyatt Regency and The Meikles in Harare.
Launched in 2025 as the CZI Annual Business Conference, the forum has quickly established itself as a premier platform for practical business learning, strategic dialogue, and ecosystem development. The inaugural edition attracted an average of 100 participants per day, with the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Forum drawing 132 participants—the highest-attended session—and the Artificial Intelligence for Business Day attracting 100 participants, a development that contributed to the establishment of the AI Collective Zimbabwe Chapter.
Building on this foundation, SIF 2026 will expand its programme through dedicated Strategy Intelligence, Governance Intelligence, and Sustainability Intelligence streams. These are designed to equip organisations for long-term competitiveness, resilience, and sustainable growth.
This year’s forum will feature a distinguished line-up of speakers, including Dr Nqobizitha Mathanda Dube, a climate finance and sustainability expert; Chiedza Madzima, Head of Operational Risk Research (Global) at BMI, a Fitch Solutions company; Nellie Tiyago, Partner at Scanlen & Holderness; and Nina Al-Ghussein Norrman, Senior Consultant, Advisor and Future Strategist at Kairos Future. Other confirmed speakers include Zondi Kumwenda of Crowe Chartered Accountants, Tafadzwa Chinamo of the Zimbabwe Investment and Development Agency, Sekai Kuvarika of the Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries, Dr Tichakunda Rodney Mwenje of Luminar Analytics, Dr Munya Chiura of CBZ Holdings Limited and Mkhululi Ndlovu of Capesso.
The forum is expected to bring together a cross-section of decision-makers, including chief executives and managing directors, board members and chairpersons, strategy leaders, sustainability practitioners, policymakers and regulators, entrepreneurs and startup founders, investors and development partners, industry associations, media, and senior business leaders.
Organisations seeking to engage this high-level audience have been offered a range of partnership and visibility opportunities. Exhibition space, available for the duration of the conference, ranges from US$300 for a 3x3m stand to US$1 000 for larger stand sizes.
Higher-tier partnerships include the Platinum Partner package at US$10 000, which offers exclusive forum-wide branding, a speaking opportunity, prominent recognition across promotional materials, exhibition space, premium visibility across forum platforms, and six delegate passes. Session Partner packages, also priced at US$10 000, allow organisations to become the exclusive partner of a flagship session, with options including the Africa Geopolitics Seminar, the Bring Your Strategy – Stress-Test Masterclass, the Board and Executive Leadership Forum, the Legal and Regulatory Risk Masterclass, and the Sustainability Accelerator.
Other opportunities include the Executive Networking Cocktail Partner at US$6 000, the SIF Business Exchange Partner at US$6 000, the Welcome Desk Partner at US$5 000, the Sustainability Showcase Partner at US$5 000, the Strategic Digital Broadcast Partner at US$5 000, and the AI & DigiTech Exhibition Partner at US$3 500. A Luncheon Networking Partner package is also available, alongside an Official Connectivity Partner opportunity.
The forum provides organisations with a platform to engage decision-makers, showcase leadership, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and increase visibility before, during, and after the event.
