All set for Baker’s Inn inaugural tourney

ALL is set for the inaugural Bakers Inn Under-20 soccer tournament in Marondera. The event will be held this Saturday at Rudhaka and 16 teams from Mashonaland East will battle it out for the top accolade in a round-robin format. The event will see several teams which include traditional football powerhouses such as Chemhanza, Mkondwa, Rakodzi and Marondera High taking part in the one-day event.

Baker’s Inn Northern Region general manager Frecious Mpofu said businesses wasn’t just about making profits, but investing in communities. “It’s not just about making money but also about investing in initiatives that benefit the communities we operate in,” said Mpofu.
