host of other local musicians will take part. Some of the performing artistes are Prudence Katomeni and Alexio Kawara.
Chris Musabayana, one of the organisers of the gig, promised revellers a great time when Lira shares the stage with Zimbabweans.
“Lira is coming to Zimbabwe for a must-attend show that will see a host of renowned local musicians sharing the stage with the South African queen.
“We have also partnered with Chiwoniso to lead the local musicians using her experience that will be hugely expected come the day of the show. One thing about this gig is that it accommodates people from all walks of life,” he said.
Alexio is the only male artiste in a show dominated by the fairer sex.
This will be Lira’s second performance in the country following her successful maiden show last year in which she share the stage with Dudu Manhenga.
The South African Grammy Awards nominee is on top of the game with her debut album “All My Love” released in 2003 which gave the East Rand-based musician the perfect launch pad to her glittering career.
