Footgolf, a hybrid of football and golf where players kick a football into a 52cm hole, has been growing rapidly in Zimbabwe and is now used to promote sports tourism in destinations like the Eastern Highlands.
“We are excited to take the national tour to the Eastern Highlands. This event will showcase talent and also boost local tourism and community engagement,” said the tournament director Chipo Mubonderi.
