Allan Wilson’s sports director, Livingstone Maurukira, was impressed with the level of competition showcased at this year’s event.
“I think there was a great improvement in terms of competition at this year’s event, especially on the girl’s side. The girls’ final was the match not to miss as it had a lot of competition.
“The aim is to showcase talent but most people wonder were this talent goes after a few years.
“We have good volleyball players but they just disappear into thin air.”
Allan Wilson have a hockey engagement against Hellenic this week before a rugby encounter against Ellis Robins.
