This week’s up-and-close with the Lozibaz at the Cigar Lounge at Pub Lagondola will feature a performance by La Dee on Thursday.
Up-and-close with the Lozibaz is a movement that was created for the purpose of giving young female artistes a platform where they can showcase their talents.
People often hear about the name La Dee but most do not know the lady behind that name. They have been given a rare opportunity to meet the artiste and get to know her at a personal level.
She said the audience should expect an electric performance from her.
“People should expect a great performance. I’m so excited to be performing and all I can say is that the Lozibaz are doing a wonderful job. We do need such support as female artistes and I appreciate what they are doing,” La Dee said.
She will perform alongside another well-known female artiste Luchi Shiki, who is behind the songs Shuga Shuga and current hit Yim Lo.
Up-and-close with the Lozibaz has been playing host to different female creatives every fortnight on Thursday. Last week, they hosted Afrocentric musician Aejay August.
