ANDY Carroll’s abuser may have targeted other famous men, insiders claim.

The ex-Premier League footballer identified TV dance instructor Kevin Adams, 59, as the person convicted for sexually assaulting him.

But The Sun understands Adams may have targeted at least two other celebrities.

A source said: “Adams had many high-profile friends but later became ostracised.

“Since Andy Carroll confirmed he was his attacker, people have started to talk. In the early 2000s a household name told friends Adams had targeted him.

“He never reported it to the police but he told people he was close to what had happened and they cut Adams out.

“Another celebrity man accused him of the same thing years later. Like Andy, he said he fought back then cut Adams out of his life.”

Ex-Newcastle, West Ham and England ace Carroll, 37, now at Dagenham & Redbridge, revealed the 2019 sex attack at his home in book Owning It, without naming Adams.

He said a pal had slept over after they watched a boxing match. He had been asleep and woke to find the celeb attempting to perform a sex act on him. He confirmed the ex-BBC Fame Academy coach was his abuser to The Sun on Sunday.

Carroll said: “Now that Kevin Adams has been named in court documents as my abuser, I can confirm it. Hopefully now I can finally start to put this chapter behind me.

“I’m ready to move forward. This had a devastating impact on my life and loved ones.”

In 2023 Adams was jailed for 20 months at Chelmsford crown court after being found guilty of sexual assault.

He was put on the sex offenders register for ten years and was banned from Carroll’s village.

Before the conviction, Adams was a celebrated choreographer who said he worked with stars including Mariah Carey, The Spice Girls and Cher.

He appeared on Strictly It Takes Two, was a fitness inst-ructor on GMTV and hosted ITV game show The Mint. —Sun.
