Angola’s Minister of Defence, General (Rtd) Lúcio Gonçalves Amaral, is touring the National Heroes Acre and the African Liberation Museum as part of his visit to Zimbabwe to appreciate the country’s history.
General (Rtd) Amaral was accompanied by Deputy Minister of Defence Brigadier-General (Rtd) Levi Mayihlome during the tour.
On Monday, the Angolan Minister held talks with Defence Minister Oppah Muchinguri-Kashiri to discuss areas of cooperation between the two Southern African countries.
The discussions focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
