ARTISANS 4ED, a non-profit organisation, has committed to reducing the risk of drug and substance abuse by keeping youths busy, skilled, and focused, an official has said.

In a statement, the organisation’s Secretary for Information and Publicity, Cde Edward Saushoma, said their initiatives align with the ZANU PF philosophy of empowering young people and promoting self-reliance as part of President Mnangagwa’s mantra of “Leaving No One and No Place Behind.”

“We provide skills training and mentorship to equip youths with the knowledge and expertise needed to succeed, and by keeping youths engaged and productive, we help mitigate the risks associated with drug and substance abuse. We also support the philosophy as our program contributes to the development of our nation by empowering youths,” said Cde Saushoma.

He said the organisation remains committed to empowering young people and supporting national development goals by equipping youths with practical skills that help them become productive members of society.

“We urge stakeholders, partners and well-wishers to join us in supporting this noble initiative. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of our youths,” he said.
