Asante Mo takes Indandanda to Harare

BULAWAYO based creative group Asante Mo is set to spread their art to the capital, Harare, where they are billed to perform at Theatre in The Park for two days.

The five member group will present the music percussion and dance production starting on April 29, 2025 before they wrap up the tour the following day.

One of the group’s founders, Newman Trinidad, said the show speaks the language of Southern Africa and is a powerful production with many local artistes believing in the power of percussion.

“Indandanda is a high-energy production that showcases the richness and diversity of African percussion and dance. With captivating rhythms, mesmerising dance moves and infectious energy, this show promises to leave audiences spellbound.

“This is an opportunity for our fans and followers in Harare and nearby places to see us live,” he said.

The group is made up of Newman Trindad, Bekithemba Phiri, Aaron DJ Beast, Native DJ and Makhosi Mlotshwa.
