AFRO-TECH and Amapiano star Nizhe De Soul is turning pain into power after surviving a gruesome car crash — and now he’s back with a bang!
The South Africa-based hitmaker, affectionately known as the “Minister of Monate,” is on the road to recovery following a near-fatal accident on March 15. Though hospitalised with serious injuries, the resilient artiste is slowly regaining strength — and plotting a massive comeback.
Fans can now save the date for “Road to the 8th Annual Nizhe De Soul and Friends Chillout Market”, set for May 31, 2025, at Marvel House in Killarney.
“This is more than just a show — it’s a celebration of life,” said his team. “We’re keeping the same vibe as last year’s 7th edition, but with more fire, more talent, and more heart!”
While the full line-up is still under wraps, fans are promised a mix of rising stars and fan-favourite performers, true to the Chillout Market’s tradition of launching future stars.
“We’re bringing back the talent competition,” said Nizhe’s camp. “That’s how many of today’s headliners got their break — this event is about building legacies.”
Speaking from his recovery base, Nizhe De Soul reflected on the ordeal:
“As an active and energetic artiste, it hasn’t been easy. But I’m taking every step seriously. If things stay on track, I’ll be back on my feet by the time the doctors give the green light.”
Fans are already hyped for the emotional return of the Monate Minister, and with the 8th edition shaping up to be the biggest yet, May 31 is set to be a night to remember.
