AS Hardrock glides towards a historic milestone, their players seem galvanised and ready to finish off the job.

The Kasongo Boys, who recently received a partnership deal boost with a betting company, Beulabet, could become the first team from Kwekwe to win the top flight league championship, as they are two points clear at the top of the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League, with just four games to go.

It looks like they are also achieving off the pitch as they have signed a deal with the betting company, which has become a boost ahead of the tie.

Hardrock are bracing for a potential title decider against Dynamos at Rufaro on Saturday.

Star midfielder, Munashe Bamara, is expected to play a crucial role in the centre of the park, where he could partner Soccer Star of the Year favourite Neliswa Dhlamini.

Bamara joined Hardrock from Triangle United at the beginning of the season and has missed only two of 30 league games.

“So far so good, the feeling is great to be among the boys.

“We just hope we will win all the remaining games,” Bamara said.

For a player who battled relegation demons with Triangle United last season, it has been a major transportation for Bamara who could end this term with a championship medal.

“It’s been nice since day one.

“I’m so happy to be here in Kwekwe because our fans are amazing, they are always there for us.”

Bamara says the players are motivated and they want to end the season with some piece of silverware.

Hardrock are also still in the Chibuku Super Cup.

“We are highly motivated and we want to do the job.

“That’s why we are happy that the team has found sponsors, it really motivates us.”
