FOLLOWING the disbanding of Bantu Rovers last season, all players over the age of 18 have been left job hunting.

The team dissolved its football club to give birth to Bantu Rovers Football Academy that will not compete in the 2018 Southern Region Division One League, two and three respectively.

The academy will train players in the Under-12, 14, 16 and 18 age groups leaving all players over the age of 18 who were turning out for them in the 2017 Premier Soccer League unemployed.

Bantu Rovers is set to compete in 2019, that is, if they buy a Division Two franchise.

Following these developments three players have left Tshintsha Guluva to join ambitious Zifa Southern Region Division One outfit, Talen Vision which is aiming at bolstering its squad for the 2018 season.

The trio is former Bantu Rovers captain Kudzaishe Dzingwa (18), Brighton Ncube (18) and McCarthy Dube (19).

a?l can confirm that we have signed three players from Bantu Rovers. We are bolstering our squad for next season with the intention of winning the league and qualifying into the top flight next season,a? said Talen Vision manager Juma Phiri.

a?I am confident that the players will add value to the team, considering that they have experience of playing in the premiership, the Division One League wonat be too much of a challenge for them,a? added Phiri.

The three join the Nigerian trio of Amos Adesemi Layode, Samson Chimayeze Ezine and Osi Miniru Mande who joined the side at the end of the season.
