Barca held

Madrid. — Barcelona coach Gerardo Martino has conceded that he does not deserve another season in charge at Camp Nou.
The reigning champions effectively saw their crown slip out of reach on Saturday as they drew 2-2 at home to struggling Getafe. The draw moved them on to 85 points, three behind leader Atletico Madrid, who played their game in hand at Levante yesterday.
Barca looked to be on track for a 2-1 victory as Alexis Sanchez struck in the second half to restore its one-goal lead after Angel Lafita cancelled out Lionel Messi’s opener, but the Madrid-based club battled back late on.

Lafita notched his second of the match in second-half stoppage time to secure a point for the visitors and, although Barca can still mathematically retain the title, Martino admitted that such a feat is unlikely. – AFP.
