A SELF-CONFESSED Domboshava drug addict has been accused of bed-wetting and soiling blankets each time he gets high.
So dire is the situation that his wife, Letwin Katuri, had to seek legal recourse to address his behaviour.
Letwin approached the Harare Civil Court seeking a protection order against Watson Ndireya.
The case was heard by magistrate Sharon Mashavire.
“He is always drunk, he uses drugs and it has caused challenges in our marriage.
“Whenever he gets high, he threatens to kill our son with a knife.
“He verbally and physically abuses me as well.
“He is in the habit of bed-wetting and soiling our blankets.
“He also forces me to have sex with him,” said Letwin.
In response, Watson did not deny the allegations and chose to apologise.
“I agree on using drugs and ever since I started, it has been causing confusion in my life.
“I apologise to my wife and I promise to seek help before it gets out of hand.”
Magistrate Mashavire granted the protection order in Letwin’s favour.
