Yesterday remains firmly in the past for good reason.
Though many cling fiercely to lost time,
dwelling on old mistakes only breeds persistent heartache.
No amount of tears, endless agonising
or relentless struggle can undo what has already transpired.
Life unfolds according to a deeper, unseen order.
You must grant yourself permission to move forward
and allow your personal narrative to keep evolving.
Stop clinging to former chapters or worrying endlessly about what comes next.
Reject the shadows of regret and appreciate the unique blessings present in your life right now.
Wake up, step boldly into this moment
and embrace the path ahead.
What happened before is completely finished and unchangeable.
Cease all futile attempts to fix dead history,
leave the past where it belongs and charge ahead into today.
