The country’s trade development and promotion organisation, ZimTrade, kickstarted its outward seller mission to Malawi today.

ZimTrade is currently in Blantyre, Malawi, with a contingent of 10 Zimbabwean companies in a move that seeks to strengthen bilateral trade relations between local exporters and buyers in Malawi.

The outward seller mission aligns with the Government’s vision of diversifying export markets and products as stipulated in the National Export Strategy.

It creates an opportunity to meet and engage with potential buyers and distributors of Zimbabwean products and services in Malawi.

The event was arranged by Zimbabwe’s Embassy in Malawi in collaboration with ZimTrade and Ambasador Dr Nancy Saungweme graced the occasion.

The outwards seller mission to Malawi falls in line with ZimTrade’s mandate of facilitating business linkages between Zimbabwe and buyers from across the world
