Highlanders players’ industrial action entered day four on Friday with the squad refusing to train.

Club captains Darlington Mukuli and Rainsome Pavari were observed from a distance talking to the technical department members that included Mkhokheli Dube, Ariel Sibanda and Bekithemba Ndlovu.

The club’s head coach Benjani Mwaruwari later arrived in the company of team manager Zenzo Moyo.

Mwaruwari gave a lengthy address to the players, who went on to regroup without taking to the field
