Bosso UK Chapter Raises US$1000 For Fallen Heroes

THE Highlanders Chapter (UK) has donated US$1068 to the families of former executive members who perished in a road traffic accident last month.

The money was presented at the weekend by Naomi Ncube to club executives Kindman Ndlovu and Elkanah Dube.

Highlanders lost chairman Kenneth Mhlophe, vice chairman Fiso Siziba and board member finance Nkani Khoza.

Mbalenhle Sibanda, a club member also died in the accident.

“We received US$1 068 donated to the four bereaved families by the UK Chapter which has been shared equally between the families with each family getting US$267,” said Ndlovu on Tuesday.

Chapter executive member Mbusi Dube said they will continue to support the club.

“We will continue to mobilise resources for the club. The tragic death of club members prompted us to raise something small for their families. May the families find comfort in that tragic as it may have been, they were promoted to higher authority,” said Dube.
