Bowling squad ready

HIGHLANDS Sports Club bowling champion Roy Garden has urged his team to improve if they are to triumph at the Africa States Bowls tournament again. This year’s competition is scheduled for Windhoek, Namibia next week.Garden, who will represent Zimbabwe in the men’s singles has urged the team to lift their game if they are to do well again at this year’s event.

“We had some inter-regional tournaments recently and our performance was average.

“We can still do well if we train hard in the few days remaining before the big tournament in Namibia.”
