He is suffering from hydro caphelis that causes excessive accumulation of fluids in the head resulting in the head bulging.
His father, Mr Luke Mukurechaza, yesterday said they were appealing for help from Zimbabweans.
“I am appealing for help from anyone who can help us so that our child can undergo an operation in South Africa.
“He cannot use any part of his body and he needs to be monitored everytime,” he said
His mother, Sylvia Mukurechaza, said the family desperately needed the money to save the boy.
“I am appealing for help from Zimbabweans for my son to live a normal life,” she said.
The family is also appealing for a wheelchair since Ngoni is now too big to carry.
