BPA top of the table clash set for The Legacy

INDEPENDENT umpires will handle the top of the table Bulawayo Pool Association (BPA) clash between old time rivals Exchange and Entumbane on Sunday.

The epic battle which was postponed in early September owing to Entumbanea��s team players that were representing the City of Kings and Queens at the rebranded Zimbabwe National Youth Games will be staged at the newly opened Exchange Club House named The Legacy.

a�?It is one of the big games in our league and we are looking forward to seeing pool lovers grace The Legacy and enjoy the game. Ita��s a rescheduled match for sworn nemesis but we want to encourage the two teams to uphold sportsmanship. It being a big game, we have appointed independent umpires to take charge,a�? BPA publicity secretary Farai Nyandoro.

Ahead of the much anticipated encounter, Entumbane, who are the leagues defending champions, sit at the apex of the BPA Premier League log standings after 21 games.

Exchange, who will be pinning their hopes of a successful battle on enterprising Darlington Dziko, ageless Tongai Mukaiwa, Terrence Mhindu and Timothy Garadi are on number three.

On the other hand, Entumbane, will bank on the services of national team player Emmanuel Rapasi, national team coach Wisdom Ndinge, Kenny Nyandoro, Stanley Marko and Quinton Rollo in their quest to burry Exchange.

Meanwhile, in others fixtures, Masters will lock horns with Lounge while ZPC fight it out against Black Eagles.

Southwold will seek to utilise home advantage when they take on former champions Kings. West Commonage meet fellow seasoned campaigners Skittle Inn. Dragons have a date with Egodini.

Golden Lions will seek to get the better part of Raylton. . .
