Bulawayo Deputy Mayor Edwin Ndlovu and his co-accused councillors, Ntandoyenkosi Ndlovu, Mxolisi Mahlanga and Ashton Mhlanga, have been on Wednesday granted bail.
Bulawayo High Court Judge, Justice Naison Chivhayo, granted each of them bail of US$500.
Meanwhile, Alderman Rodney Jele remains in custody.
