BREAKING: President Mnangagwa declares State of Disaster as 18 perish after Quantum explodes along Bulawayo-Esigodini road

President Mnangagwa has declared a State of Disaster following the death of 18 people after a Toyota Quantum vehicle exploded along the Bulawayo-Esigodini Road on Thursday afternoon.

Local Government and Public Works, Minister Daniel Garwe announced the President’s declaration on Thursday evening.

“President Mnangagwa has declared a State of Disaster following the incident along the Bulawayo-Beitbridge Road on Thursday,” said Minister Garwe.
