UPCOMING musician Brian Muringani popularly known as Bridda Boy, is set to launch his street wear fashion brand, THE S.R.I (The Struggle Is Real), as an extension of his artistic vision.

The brand will debut with a range of plain T-shirts and hoodies bearing the S.R.I label, a phrase that has become synonymous with his music.

In an interview with H-Metro, he said:

“This brand is going inspire many youths.

“We face unemployment, financial hardships, and limited opportunities, this brand is a reminder that despite these struggles, we can still push forward and make something of ourselves.”

Having started his music career in 2022, he has built a name for himself with songs that reflect the realities of life.

His signature phrase, “Tell them that the struggle is real”, is a staple in all his songs and will now serve as the identity of his fashion line.

“The fashion industry has seen a rise in streetwear culture, with young creatives looking to express themselves through style and I aim to tap into this movement.

“Fashion is not just about clothes; it’s about identity and expression. When people wear THE S.R.I, I want them to feel empowered, like they are part of something bigger,” he added.

While the exact launch date remains undisclosed, he assured fans that this is just the beginning.

“I don’t have a fixed plan yet, but I’m starting with these designs. The goal is to build something that speaks to the youth and represents our daily struggles and resilience,” he said.
