BridgeFort to offload Medtech, list on VFEX

ZIMBABWE Stock Exchange-listed entity BridgeFort Capital Limited (BFCA) once again plans to change its business model and subsequently list on the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange.

In a cautionary statement to Class A Preferred Shareholders, BFCA said it is in the process of concluding transaction agreements for the acquisition of certain predominantly South African-based businesses from Diaspora Kapita Proprietary Limited.  According to BFCA the “envisaged transaction involves the Class A preferred shares and is likely to also include the disposal of the company’s interest in the current underlying asset, being MedTech. — BH24
