Buffaloes ready to derail Dynamos’ championship campaign

this season.
While DeMbare would certainly want to maintain their grip at the summit of the table, Buffaloes know fully well that beating the champions, or snatching a draw in this encounter, will enhance their chances of finishing the season among the best in the league.
Chaminuka’s men have done relatively well in this campaign to secure a Top Eight finish with two matches before the curtain comes down on the 2012 Castle Lager Premiership season, but their coach insists that they would want to end the season among the best four, if possible.
“We are quite aware of the fact that it will not be an easy match at all. Dynamos have not lost a match at Rufaro for a long time now and they are obviously looking ahead to another victory against Buffaloes.
“However, we are also fully prepared for the match. In fact they should not expect any favours from us.
“We really want to win this game and we employ all the tactics that we think will help us win the match.”
“I am also aware of the fact that we have already secured a Top Eight slot with two league matches remaining but we are not resting on our laurels at all.
“We want a Top Four finish, if possible and that means beating Dynamos and Monomotapa,” he said.
While most pundits might take Chaminuka’s comments lightly, given DeMbare’s form of late, Buffaloes are capable of pulling a shocker at Rufaro considering their good performance away from home.
That Buffaloes have performed better while playing away from home than at Sakubva might give Dynamos coach Calisto Pasuwa a headache going into the match.
