Harare municipal chief building inspector Roy Nyabvure (59) appeared at the Harare Magistrates’ Court for allegedly failing to pay school fees for his three children. Nyabvure of No. 104 Broughton Avenue, Sunridge, Mabelreign, is being sued by his ex-wife, Hilda Kirimi. He is allegedly in arrears of $2 350 after he failed to pay for his three children’s third term fees.

All three children are still in primary school.

He appeared before Harare magistrate Mr Batanai Madzingira charged with failure to pay maintenance. Mr Madzingira remanded him to December 4 for trial. Mrs Devoted Gwashavanhu-Nyagano prosecuted.
